
Peter Chown
Peter Chown has nearly 40 years’ experience as a Psychologist in a variety of settings in Sydney, overseas and the North Coast NSW. He is registered with AHPRA and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
He has had a long career working with young people, as the former Head of the outreach service of Children’s Hospital Camperdown for youth at risk, and an Honorary Consultant in the Department of Adolescent Medicine at the Children’s Hospital Westmead. He was also a specialist trainer for Headspace, the national youth mental health program. He worked extensively as a consultant for the World Health Organisation, UNFPA, UNESCO and other international agencies on youth health programs in Asia, Africa and the Pacific. He has written numerous publications for journals, textbooks, GPs and counsellors on adolescents.
Peter has worked in private practice in Bangalow for the last 25 years, establishing the Professional Centre in 2003. Now in the latter stages of his career, his focus is primarily on working with adults presenting with a diverse range of life, relationship and emotional challenges. He is especially passionate about supporting men in dealing with their mental health and emotional difficulties and strengthening their capacity for better managing their emotional wellbeing and connecting more deeply in their relationships.
Peter brings a wealth of life and clinical experience to his work. He has trained in a range of therapeutic modalities which he uses to empower people in functioning more effectively in their daily lives, relationships and work. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness techniques and Somatic Experiencing. He has also completed advanced training in Psychodrama, Schema Therapy and Voice Dialogue (parts work). Peter has served on the teaching staff of the international training program conducted by the founders of Voice Dialogue, Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone. He also conducts training programs in Voice Dialogue.

Robyn Warburton
Robyn Warburton is a highly experienced clinical psychologist with over a decade of private practice experience. She has also provided services to several government and non-government organizations. Robyn completed graduate training in Family Therapy at the University of Queensland, further enhancing her clinical skills.
She holds professional certifications in Compassionate Inquiry, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and Schema Therapy. A skilled facilitator, Robyn leads small group certification trainings for Janina Fisher’s Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST) professional program and facilitates international training cohorts in Compassionate Inquiry.
As a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor (AHPRA) and certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapy consultant, Robyn provides professional consultation for mental health practitioners. Her consultation services include supervision and guidance in trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
In her clinical practice, Robyn offers trauma-informed psychological therapy for individuals and couples. She integrates her extensive training to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Terri Kelly
Terri Kelly is a registered psychologist who has worked over 20s years in both the public and private sectors.
Her work has focussed on providing both clinical and forensic services for children and families.
She is currently prioritising the provision of single expert reports for thje Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Caston Smith
Caston Smith was born in England and is an Australian qualified Psychologist who is passionate about working with clients experiencing challenges related to addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety, and supporting individuals to become their best selves. He is interested in working with clients through life transitions such as; entering the workforce, changing jobs, relationships, parenting or simply wanting to explore new directions.
Caston’s work draws on therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Strengths-Based Psychology, Solution-Focussed Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Caston has worked with local youths aged 13-25yrs via the Byron Bay Youth Service, and families in the Out of Home Care system (Foster care). He currently works with individuals, couples and families across the lifespan, CALD, and LGBTQAI+.

Victoria Maud
Dr Victoria Maud has been providing clinical psychology services in the Northern Rivers for 10 years. Prior to moving to the area Victoria specialised in adolescent mental health in ORYGEN Youth Health, in Melbourne. In her private practice Victoria provides treatment for adults and adolescents for a range of mental health difficulties. Bringing extensive training and experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, stress and burnout, Victoria works with each individual to foster lasting and meaningful change.
Victoria has engaged in mindfulness training including a period of practice at Plum Village in the south of France, a monastery founded by the late zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh . Graeme James
Graeme James, Psychotherapist and Counsellor aims to help you manage life’s difficulties, losses and upheavals.

Erin McGuire
